Welcome to The Pointe Performing Arts Center! We are thrilled to be kicking off our 25th season. Please submit the form below to enroll your dancer in recreational dance classes for the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 season.

By checking the “Sign up for news and updates” box on the enrollment form, you’ll receive an email with information on what to expect and next steps to prepare for class if this is your first time enrolling at The Pointe. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email. If you are a current student, checking this box will allow us to send important updates through email.

TUITION remains the same regardless of the amount of weeks in the month and is due by the 10th.

Fall 2024 Recreational Classes

Enrollment Fee: $50
Monthly Class Tuition: $65.
Recital & Costume Fees: TBA (Invoiced in November)

Tuition can be paid automatically by purchasing an Automated Tuition under our Class Pass page. These payments are recurring monthly on the date originally purchased. You may also be invoiced through email if you prefer.

All accounts are to be paid by the 10th of each month. There is a 5% late fee for accounts not paid on time. Accounts may be paid by cash, check, credit, or bank transfer.

DRESS CODE

Ballet: All ballet classes must wear a leotard & tights. Pink ballet slippers. Hair should be in a bun or pulled up off of the neck.
Jazz: All jazz classes must wear leotard & tights or bootie shorts and a sports top. Tan Jazz shoes. Hair must be pulled up off of the neck.
Hip-Hop: All hip hop classes must wear dance attire. Tennis shoes.
Pom: All pom classes must wear dance attire or bootie shorts and a sports top. Jazz shoes.
Tap: All tap classes must wear dance attire. Tap shoes need to be tan mary jane style shoes. Hair should be up off of the neck.
Company: Company must wear company leotard to ballet each week or black leo and pink tights. We are wearing BLOCH jazz, Leo black & white tap, & split sole ballet shoes.

FALL 2024 RECREATIONAL DANCER SCHEDULE

For beginning to intermediate recreational dance students interested in learning to dance, create and perform. Fall classes begin August 19th and run through May 2025, concluding with a Spring Recital.

Tuesday 4:30 Creative Dance (Tap/Ballet) 3-4 yr

Tuesday 5:30 Tap & Ballet 5-6 yr

Tuesday 6:30 Beginning Acro/Tumbling

Wednesday 4:30 Pom/HipHop 4-5 yr

Wednesday 5:30 Pom/HipHop 6-8 yr

Wednesday 8:00 Intermediate/Advanced Acro/Tumbling

TUITION PREFERENCES

Tuition and class passes may be purchased on the website Class Pass page, through a QuickBooks invoice sent to the email address provided on this form or by visiting the front desk. If you prefer monthly Automated Tuition, please purchase through the Class Pass page after submitting this form.

MEDIA RELEASE : I, (Parent/Guardian), grant my permission for The Pointe Performing Arts Center to use the name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance of My Child (Minor), in any video or images, and the like taken or made on behalf of The Pointe Performing Arts Center. I agree that The Pointe Performing Arts Center has complete ownership of such content, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with the mission of the Studio. These uses include, but are not limited to posts on social media, rehearsal videos, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed. I hereby release The Pointe Performing Arts Center and its agents from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. LIABILITY RELEASE: Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any bodily injury or property damage sustained on studio property resulting from any activity before, during or after dance class or rehearsal. This also applies to family members and friends who are on studio property for any reason. The Pointe Performing Arts Center, Owner/Director, Penny Capps, teachers, teaching assistants and staff are not to be held responsible for any injuries or loss of property sustained on studio property. In submitting this form, I agree to the terms above and have both read and understand the liability release as stated and agree to abide by the terms of the statement.
